Island of Kapalai, known as the little Maldives. Sipadan-Kapalai Dive Resort, is one of the most famous unique “Water houses” in Southeast Asia. Chalets are built on high wooden stilts in the middle of the ocean. Visitors can enjoy the sights of marine life in action as they stroll along the boardwalk, a sturdy construction that connects the various sections of the floating resort. At the resort, every room is equipped with a balcony with a sea view.

- All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
- Transfer between: Tawau – Semporna Jetty – Kapalai Dive Resort – Tawau by van and speedboat.
- Tourism Tax (TTX) MYR 10/room per night is applicable for Non-Malaysian and to be paid at the resort.
- All divers must produce proof of certification by an internationally recognised Diving Agency upon arrival before participates in any diving activity. Divers who have not dived in the last 12 months of if they exhibit uncertainly in their skills may be required at the sole discretion of SMART to do a Scuba Refresher Course.
- All guests will be required to sign a “Liability Release (Waiver)” and “Express Assumption of Risk” form upon arrival. No diving or snorkelling activities will be permitted until the above said form is properly signed and witnessed.
