Mabul Water Bungalow is a luxury floating dive-resort, situated at Mabul Island overlooking the world-known Sipadan Island which is 15-minutes away by speedboat. These wooden-type bungalows entirely built over water with stilts offer sheer comfort. Each bungalow comforts furnished with air-conditioner, ceiling fan, private bathroom and toilet, private balcony TV with satellite channels, mini bar, in-room safety box and free wireless internet access, every effort is made to make guests feel comfortable.

- All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
- Transfer between: Tawau – Semporna Jetty – Mabul Water Bungalow – Tawau by van and speedboat.
- Surcharge will be imposed during Peak Period.
- Tourism Tax (TTX) MYR 10/room per night is applicable for Non-Malaysian and to be paid at the resort.
- All divers must produce proof of certification by an internationally recognised Diving Agency upon arrival before participates in any diving activity. Divers who have not dived in the last 12 months of if they exhibit uncertainly in their skills may be required at the sole discretion of SMART to do a Scuba Refresher Course.
- All guests will be required to sign a “Liability Release (Waiver)” and “Express Assumption of Risk” form upon arrival. No diving or snorkelling activities will be permitted until the above said form is properly signed and witnessed.
