General Terms & Conditions
- All rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). Deposit payment (non-refundable) may be required upon confirmation of booking of any tours.
- Full payment on all bookings must be received before tour.
- All confirmed bookings must be accompanied by the name, gender, passport number, full address and flight details of guests.
- Rate is good for hiring during normal hour only (0800hrs – 2200hrs). 50% surcharge will be applied for transfer between 2200hrs – 0700hrs and Surcharge may be imposed during festive seasons.
- Rates include of fuel and driver, however meals & lodging for driver will be borne by hirer when and where applicable.
- Hirer to provide licensed tour guide with name list during charter period in compliance to Malaysia Tourism Act 1992. Our company will not be responsible for any penalty imposed for any violation of such Act.
- Other destinations not specified above are subject to request.
- We reserve the right to revise the rates immediately, or in the event of further escalating of diesel fuel price as announce by the local Government from time to time.
Note
- Charter time period from 0800hrs – 2000hrs
- Additional charges for Bus overnight
- For overnight usage, food and lodging of the Driver and Guide will be borne by the renter/chartered.
- Our driver has the right not to proceed if road condition not suitable for van capacity or compromise passenger safety.
- Additional MYR60.00 / hour after 2000hrs usage
- Driver tips not included (Depends on customer generosity)
- It is compulsory to hire a Licensed Tourist Guide for every Tour Bus chartered under the MOTAC/Authorities act. Tour vans holding 7 persons or more also require an accompanying Licensed Tourist Guide. Our company will not be responsible for any penalty imposed for any violation of such Act.
